Build on the foods your child eats

When we work with families in our feeding practice, one of the first things we do is make a food diary over three days. We brought a simplified version of the food diary into the Easy Bites app. The accepted food list helps you:

  • reduce the mental load by tracking things for you

  • find food variations you can work with

  • get a nutritional profile of your child’s eating (coming soon)

  • understand your child’s sensory preferences (coming soon)

The accepted food list is the basis for our recipe recommendations that are:

  • accessible for your child

  • nutritious

  • easy to make
